Forget the refund and this company also
They automatically deducted money from my account for a service I didn't request. When I reported it and after a long correspondence, I didn't get a refund. I don't recommend it to anyone. Inncorrect is a gang of thieves. It's no coincidence that they don't use Google reviews, because they can't manipulate it and there were too many negative reviews.

Our Pro version is billed on a recurring basis (annual subscription), and renewals are processed automatically while the subscription remains active. Before any renewal charge is processed, we send advance reminder emails to notify customers about the upcoming renewal. This gives users sufficient time to review their subscription status and cancel it if they do not wish to continue. If a customer does not want the subscription to renew, it can be easily cancelled at any time from the account page, and no further charges will be made. We always aim to be transparent about our billing terms, which are clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
