Jobster Marketplace ThemeReviews of wpjobster.com

I have been a customer for more than three years, and unfortunately, I have never felt fully satisfied with this theme. What disappoints me the most is the complete lack of meaningful updates for over a year. There are still important unresolved issues, including compatibility problems with PHP 8, which should have been addressed long ago. Instead of seeing improvements and new features, the theme seems to have been abandoned. A theme is not just a product that is sold once and forgotten. Continuous development, bug fixes, and compatibility updates are essential for your customers' success. When your customers succeed, your business succeeds as well. Unfortunately, I do not feel that commitment from your team. To make matters worse, support quality has declined significantly. Recently, my support messages have gone unanswered, which is very frustrating for a paying customer who has remained loyal for years. It is genuinely disappointing because the theme had great potential, but the lack of updates, unresolved bugs, and poor communication have made the experience increasingly frustrating. I sincerely hope the team will reconsider its approach and start actively maintaining and improving the theme again.

As someone with 10+ years experience working as PM in IT industry, I was very much impressed with the overall design and complexity of Jobster software architecture. It is obvious to me it took them years of work to implement all of the features, and I hope they continue on that path so we as their clients are able to grow our businesses.

Good Product, Customer service OK. Unfortunatly theme update is only 45 days and not one Year.

I was impressed by Jobster theme. it's a solid theme with so many features and my target audience absolutely loved it. I tried one cheap theme before Jobster, but it was an absolute joke in terms of quality and support. But the support I received from Jobster team was unmatched. Georgian & Alexandra were very supportive and patient and they tried to solve every problem I come across, even the little and non-techie ones. At the beginning of the year, I launched the website and I made my first commission from a $100 order and it was very smooth. Thanks a lot Jobster for the support & for your hard work and I am looking forward to what comes ahead. Cheers, Omar

After making an initial mistake by purchasing a different job theme, I quickly made the move to Jobster. What a world of difference! The support is second to none! Any time I have a challenge or question, the support team is on it and it’s resolved quickly and professionally. The theme itself is highly functional and looks professional. It does exactly what I need it to and was easy to figure out - I’m not very tech savvy!! All in all, I highly recommend the theme.

The theme is really good. It offers all the functionality you need to start a freelancing marketplace. And this theme loads faster than any other marketplace theme. I'm overwhelmed with the support experience. The support team is fantastic and I didn't face any limit of their support. They worked on my site whenever needed. I look forward to working with them again and again.

as a user of the wpjobster for up to 4 years, i think its one of the most great word press themes i ever used. and for micro jobs it's the best platform ever

One of the best out there. I have tried out others but this one suits my need best. Nice one! Great community support too
