Ive actually wanted to give this review for years. It's easy to be a critic, and I could find some critiques about BB, just like I can every page builder I've used (they all frustrate me to some degree), but one thing NOBODY can say about Beaver Builder is that it's customer service is poor. It is suprising how good. Hands-down better than Elementor, Breakdance, Gutenberg (a given), or Divi (can't speak for others)

Beaver Builder has been a great choice for a page builder. I use their prebuilt templates for many different options. Plus, their support team is awesome and super helpful.

The company's prompt response impressed me. I encountered an issue when attempting to embed an online application. The problem was making the form fillable online, and I believed there was something that needed to be changed to make it work. I dealt with Gerard, who fixed the issue, gave me advice on what to do next, and answered my e-mail questions promptly. Having someone there when needed was a big relief and helped me complete the project.

I had a website issue and they went above and beyond to resolve it.

I had an issue that the Beaver Builder Plugin (Starter Version) would not install. BB Themer and Themes installed, but not the plugin. After wrestling with the problem and trying to resolve on my own for 2 days, I emailed BB support, and got a response within hours. After creating a Collaborator account for them per their request, they successfully installed the plugin on my site, again within hours. I was VERY impressed with their responsiveness and personable emails, and equally thankful for their help.

I've been using Beaver Builder for some time, and occasionally I have had issues with not being able to figure out how to do things. The support I have received from the BB team has been sensational every time I have opened a ticket. The support team is very knowledgeable and helpful.

i've been using Beaver Builder for more than three years now, and all of my new sites are based on this framework and the Beaver Builder Theme and Child Theme. No real need for a "theme" in the traditional WP way, as you can basically build anything you'd like. They recently started packaging Beaver Themer with the Beaver Builder plugin and that was a good move, as Themer really allows you to do anything you need. One thing I do wish for is a bit faster support. I occasionally run into a stumbling block and it can take a bit of time to work through it with the support team. Most of these issues are unique and take a little thought, hence a bit of back and forth. I plan to stick with BB for quite awhile.
