WowrackReviews of wowrack.com

I don't know what those other reviews are talking about. We have 2 half racks at wowrack in Tukwila which is minutes away from downtown Seattle. Over the past 3 years, not a single dropped packet. They have remote hands 24/7 they can walk to our racks and check on issues while I'm on the phone with them. They respond to tickets quickly. Billing is straight forward, consistent, and no funny business. I'm not sure why people are complaining here. This is a huge top notch facility with excellent redundancies in terms of connectivity, cooling and power. I just don't understand the negative reviews here, I think they are fake - maybe from some competitor.

Their systems are being misused and hosting phishing sites.

This company is so good at fraud, it should be their mission statement. Ordered dedicated server. No response. They took the money. I contacted them. No response. Opened a dispute about a month after placing the order. Avoid at all costs. Read all the one star reviews on google.

Send SPAM everyday ! Zero SUPPORT/ABUSE ! ------------- After 5 years, they want me to add details. I don't remember what happened yesterday. Late-ignition company ....
