Horrible company. I would never do business with them. A gift was delivered from this company to my office. It was absolutely atrocious. The chocolate was old and in a total disarray in the box. I called the company and they were extremely nasty and blamed it on the people that delivered. They never offered to rectify the situation and send anything in its place. Unfortunately I had to let the sender know that what was sent by the Wow bouquet was horrific! If there was a place for a photo it would be shocking. Things happen, but the owners never tried to even make things right. Not a company I would ever recommend!! The person I was in contact with was talking to his partner about me in a negative way, meanwhile he was sending the awful text messages to me instead of his partner!! lol. He should have made sure who he was texting! Not a good look for this company….All he had to do was to make the situation right and not be defensive and act like it didn’t happen.

We’re sorry to see this review, but we need to address the facts. This does not reflect a genuine experience with WOWBouquet. After carefully reviewing our records, we found no evidence of any purchase or interaction with you. Additionally, it’s come to our attention that you’re associated with another business in the same industry, which raises concerns about the intent behind this review.
It’s important to note that all our other reviews come from verified purchases, ensuring they reflect the real experiences of our customers. Unfortunately, this review is not verified and does not align with the standards of honesty and fairness we hold ourselves to.
At WOWBouquet, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and excellent service. If something ever goes wrong, we always strive to make it right. Unfortunately, this review appears to be an attempt to harm our reputation rather than genuine feedback.
Thank you to our customers who continue to support us and trust in our commitment to excellence.
Sincerely,
The WOWBouquet Team
