Our new subscriptions provide a free trial, which is 7 lookups, or 7 days, whichever comes first. After the 7 days are complete, the subscription becomes activated and charges monthly until it is canceled. Each subscriber receives a “Welcome to WorthPoint” email which reaffirms what sort of service is provided, and also presents information on our billing cycles, subscription details, and cancellation directions. We were not able to recover your account information via a TrustPilot request, so we cannot speak specifically to the particular dates, however please feel free to contact us.
