It’s not a “free 7 day trial” as they advertise. It’s 7 free lookups. Any business that misleads customers is, at best a one star company.

Hi Linda,
Thanks for leaving us your feedback. Our free trial has always been 7 lookups, or 7 days, whichever comes first. We're always here if you need any assistance with utilizing the site if you need us. Feel free to contact us.

I did not join
I did not join, but it seems to me that ANY website that insists you join, can't be good. That's like buying something, site unseen and then complaining about it when it arrives because it's a cardboard cutout. Just not worth my time.

Double billed me for 10 months and…
Double billed me for 10 months and wouldn't refund me the $270 I overpaid. Not a very good database on top of it. STAY AWAY!!
Now commenting on their message below. They know they messed and while they have refunded about $70, they still owe me $200. I spoke to them and tried to resolve this on the phone, and they admitted there was a glitch. They said I had to work it out with PayPal they said I had to work it out with Worthpoint. Months ago when I called I had to start a new account because I no longer had access to my old email address. They do not have the ability to change your email and thus if you change your email address or no longer have access to it, you have to start a new account. Convenient though how they still bill the old account - they know exactly what they are doing! They have my phone number and can call me but they would rather to comment on my feedback and do damage control to the public. All they have to do is call me and make me whole and I stop spreading the word about the reality of this bad app. Any above-board company will refund you on a double bill situation.

Hello Robert,
We appreciate your feedback, and we are happy to help clear things up. We researched our records and here are our findings:
We found there were two accounts associated with your billing information, and we’ll list the dates and details.
The subscription associated with [email protected] was created via email to our customer care team on 6/29/23. You were able to get a promotional discount as well. A few months later, this subscription was canceled by another customer care representative call on 3/26/24.
While that subscription was set up, we found that another login associated with your information was also in our system under the email address [email protected]. This subscription was created on 5/1/19, and was canceled by the system due to an issue with processing payments on 6/14/23. However we found that another monthly subscription was created by this user via an ios application subscription on 6/23/24.
In essence, there were two subscriptions that were created. The one associated with [email protected] was set up per your email request, while the application subscription was set up via the user under the email login [email protected]. We understand that there was some confusion, and have provided multiple refunds. In order to prevent future confusion with your accounts, we have suspended the login associated [email protected].
Please feel free to contact us, if you have any further questions, 877-481-5750, M-F 9am-7pm EDT.
Kind Regards,

Making money out of nothing
Making money out of nothing, pathetic. They don't provide really any service to the trade community and they asking for money, you can get all this information for free on the ebay seller hub.

I am trying to cancel my subscription
I am trying to cancel my subscription, the free trial is a scam, you are supposed to get 7 looks at an item. Under subscription there is NO cancellation option. No one is responding to my emails.

Hi Catherine,
We thank you for your review, and hope we can clear some things up for you. It looks like we received several emails from a "Catherine P" on 1/22/24, 1/23/24, and 1/24/24. Our customer care team replied to the respective emails on 1/23/24 and 1/24/24 reassuring that there was not an active subscription to cancel, and therefore would not be charged.
We're always here to help answer questions if you still have them, or need any assistance.
Thanks,
WorthPoint Team

Bait and Switch
I thought I would try the free trial to see how I would like it. I did not like it. The website allowed me to be uncover 4 different prices, then it would not allow me to view any other prices and said, "This action requires a paying subscription" I thought that is what the free trial was for? Is to allow me to use the service as if I was a paying customer. I get 4 prices and then it wants me to pay during my so-called free trial So, I cancelled my so-called free trial. After I cancelled a status notice pops up and it reads, "You are currently a non-paying account that allows you to search but not view any details." Heck, I did not get any details anyhow but except 4 prices and then requires payment during my free trail. Why call it a free trial? I think the free trial is a way of hoping you will forget you got a pending subscription out there and get nothing for it during the free trail.

Hello,
We thank you for your time to leave us a review. We’re sorry that you didn’t have a better experience with us. Since we don't have your information to research for this instance, it sounds like you may have tried to set up the subscription to start the free trial, which is 7 lookups or 7 days, whichever comes first.
However, we need to dig a little deeper to help get to the bottom of your issue. Please reach out via email at [email protected], or phone 877.481.5750 and we’ll be glad to get things resolved for you.
