Hi there Bruce, we're sorry that you had some issues with your subscription. The free trial is indeed 7 lookups or 7 days, whichever comes first. However it looks like a different email was used to create ths subscription, which caused some confusion. We found that you were subscribed to the Marks and Library subscription on 6/23/24. WorthPoint offers differing packages and the one selected does not provide pricing. Most likely, you were trying to subscribe to the Price Guide Premium. As the title implies, it provides unlimited pricing. However, the subscription selected for this account was the Marks and Library. It provides access to our digital library of research, books, and a deeper dive into marks, symbols, and patterns.
