Hello, We apologize for the confusion. Our normal office hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm EST. Our phone logs show you called on Saturday 10-5-19 at 12:26. During your call we did present you with our business hours, and the option to leave a voice mail. We also see you emailed us on Saturday 10-5-19 at 11:28pm asking to cancel your subscription. We did speak with you Monday morning at 10:53am, at which time we went ahead and cancelled your subscription per your request. You were not charged for the subscription. Our automated system sent an email to you on 10-7-19 at 7:53am PDT detailing your cancellation. You may want to check your spam folder to ensure it did not get sent there. Anthony Joseph, Thank you for using our services. We apologize that you feel your painting price from "a year or two ago" was inaccurate. There are a combination of things happening here that I would like to explain as well as enlighten other users who may come across your review. "Inaccurate Sold Prices" is actually a false statement and to generalize an entire website of over 365 million items and over 100,000 marks, autographs, patterns, and symbols does future members of our community a disservice. 1) Our site data does not come from just eBay. Our data also comes from partners that you can find more information about here: https://www.worthpoint.com/data-partners. This means the concept of a "best offer" is specific to certain ebay listings. 2) eBay has not always made "best offer" available so telling users that all data is inaccurate is very incorrect. 3) In certain scenarios, transactions conclude with a "best offer." This is a small number of the 365 million items on our website and we will indicate when those rare occasions occur. I hope this provides more insight to current and future users of the WorthPoint community about sold prices. WorthPoint also provides the ability to report a listing if it's inaccurate, protected, or there are any issues. It would have been wonderful if you would have notified us of any perceived discrepancy so that we could have discussed with you and rectified the situation for our community. We are in the business of information and making sure it's accurate with the help of our members.
