Not worth it, if I could give zero I would . I signed up for the trial, was navigating around trying to figure out if the site provided info on products and value outside of eBay. Everything I tried to find went back to eBay which I can do for free. I cancelled the trial the same day I signed up but was charged $20 two days later. It's a complete rip off. I was told I looked up 20 items. I didn't I looked up 6or 7 and was navigating around to figure out what the site provided. Save yourself the money and hassle and just go on eBay and use the filters. It's free and you get the same information.

I have cancelled 3x and they keep…
I have cancelled 3x and they keep charging again.
reply to their comment:
I cancelled in January and then re-cancelled again March when I saw it kept billing. I'm having the bank compile everything since your system is wrong.

Hello Mr., Gendron,
We apologize for any confusion.
After a review of your records we see you signed up for Worthpoint on 12-5-18. You then cancelled on 12-13-18 you were billed 1 time for this subscription. You created a new subscription on 1-11-19 and cancelled on 6-16-19. We have reviewed all of our support logs and could not find when you contacted Worthpoint to cancel. Can you please provide the date you reached out to us, and the method (e.g. by phone or by email) to cancel your account? Please provide the phone number or email address you used to contact us so we can research why you were not cancelled prior to 6-16-19.
FYI you only get the last 90 days of data from eBay. We go back over 10 years.
Thank you for your business.
Have a great day.

Really misleading website
Really misleading website. Started the free trial, on my very 1st use of the generous 7 free tries you get to compare prices i was charged because i clicked a button which said 'activate membership now'. I assumed this meant i would be activating my free trial and was instantly charged $40. Called their customer service many times in hours and zero response. I want a refund or else i will be contacting my bank to dispute this.

Not worth it, and the trial period is almost fraud
Not worth it. Their trial period terms are intentionally confusing, and they do as little as possible to remind you before your trial ends, which I felt was predatory. And as a dealer, honestly... it's not that useful. If you don't know what something's worth, just aim high and reduce it over time. And several items I looked up didn't really have enough comps in their database (in one case, I found zero) to determine much. Their interface was tedious, too.
Response from WorthpointJun 5, 2019
Our Trial terms are intentionally clear:
----
"Your free trial expires after 7 days or you view 7 detail pages with listing prices. You will not be charged until your trial period is complete unless you activate your subscription before the end of your 7-day trial. At the end of your trial period, your credit card will be charged the amount due based upon your plan choice. Your membership will automatically renew. You can cancel anytime."
-----
This is displayed at the top of the screen in the purchase process in very clear font. We are sorry the 7 day lookup over 7 day free trial is not enough for you but it was enough for you to see if the services are for you or not. Many dealers love our services and it has helped their revenue streams. We have over 470 million items in our database. What were you looking for that you could not find?

FREE TRIAL SCAM
I wish I had read these reviews before committing to anything with this company. If you're considering it - it is NOT worth the hassle, Judging by my experience and the other bad reviews it seems this company is more of a 'free trial scam' than a reputable valuation service - they count on people not realising they're being charged so that they can make money. I signed up for Worthpoint last year but didn't receive any type of confirmation email for the signup or payment and didn't use the service. I overlooked the monthly charge as I travel a lot and thought 'Worthpoint' was a 'cash point' as we say in the UK instead of ATM. It's only since I stopped travelling the passed couple months that I noticed this unusual charge for a service that was never confirmed to me. I asked for a refund as they could see from my account that I hadn't been using the service but they gave me a generic answer of - "It states on the website that we'll keep taking your money" - what it doesn't say is "this will carry on forever and we will never send you a thing to remind you that we're quietly taking your money". I've signed up for a few other 'free trials' from reputable companies and didn't end up continuing the service and have ALWAYS been refunded. Most reputable companies actually care about offering a good service and protecting their reputation - if they see their services haven't been used they have the integrity to offer refunds but not Worthpoint. They're a horrible company who care more about making a quick buck than creating an honest business.

Waste of money
Waste of money! Paid $20 a month for absolutely nothing! Wouldn’t give me any sold prices or info, waste of money! Keep your money!! They will if you don’t want it. They told me there was an error on there activation so I had to pay! And yes they offered me 1 month for free, woo-hoo. Pay for 2 months that doesn’t work so they offer me 1 month free. Wow what a deal! How about apologizing and offer a refund and I’d probably say great, no problem and continue with my subscription.
Response from WorthpointAug 6, 2018
This is a false review. The service team explained there was an error on your activation and offered you one month free to fix the problem and you hung up on them. There was no resolution because our team was not allowed to. If you would like to call us back and finish the conversation we would be happy to discuss further with you. However, calling it a scam is not the most proficient way to resolve the problem.
Thank you for the edited update. You hung up on the team before any resolution could take place. Feel free to call us back and we have no problem working with you. We have a great staff who remain courteous and professional to all customers.

This is a joke
This is a joke. I was trying to cancel my subscription but instead they charged me and wont give me my money back. Now my bank account is negative $49. And I dont know how I'm going to fix this. This site is Worthless more like it.
Response from WorthpointAug 3, 2018
We apologize for any confusion you may have encountered. After a careful review of your account log, we were unable to identify when you attempted to cancel your subscription. We can see you started your free trial on 6-28-18, at which time you used your 7 lookups by 6-30-18. When you selected your 8th look up you were provided a prompt which informed you your trial has ended to click Ok to continue with a paid subscription. You opted to continue with a paid subscription and looked up additional items until 7-06-18. You continued, after we canceled your account, to look up items on 7-11-18, 7-15-18, and 7-24-18.
Your account was charged $39.99 as a result of you choosing this subscription and opting to continue with your paid subscription. We have canceled your account, and you will still have access until the end of the billing period you paid for 8-4-18.

These guys can't be recommended under any circumstances
DO NOT AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SIGN UP THERE. It's total misleading. They don't offer the correct prices items on Ebay are sold for. They only show the "Buy now" Ebay price but you can not see the real price the item was sold for like when you use the "make an offer" option.m. I contacted them numerous times about that and never heard back from them. I wonder why... So stay as far away as you can!
Edit: Their reply down below is the typical answer you get from non communicating websites that tries to cover their bacon like worthpoint. A long answer without ANY real substance or god forbid an explanation as to why it is blatant incorrect.
Edit part II: Yes I have an agenda. I'll do my best to save other people from making the same mistake I made and that's spending money on a subscription to your inaccurate site. The simple fact that you don't comment specifically about my issue speaks for itself.

This person clearly has a personal agenda. We have provided the information and have provided trust pilot proof of the inaccuracies of this review. We provide a free 7 day 7 lookup trial and there are plenty of opportunities to see if the service fits your needs or not. This allows customers to see if WorthPoint is right for them. This review is disingenuous.
