We show our customers what their items could possibly be worth via subscription to our price guide and research tools. We found that a subscription was created on 9/18/21 with the email address [email protected]. The subscription provided a free trial, which is 7 look ups or 7 days, whichever comes first. At the end of the free trial period, the subscription was converted to an actively paid one on 9/25/21. While the subscription was cancelled the same day, draft attempts had already been initiated. We stopped the draft attempts on 9/28/21. Our phone records indicate that you spoke to our team on 9/8/21, and had questions about the free trial and potential charges. We confirmed WorthPoint’s free trial as 7 lookups or 7 days, whichever comes first. Via the call, we were informed that you were anticipating a free trial that provided unlimited lookups for 7 days. The subscription utilized all 7 lookups allotted for the free trial on 9/4/21 and 9/5/21. There was no charge, and the subscription was cancelled by the user on 9/5/21. After researching our records, we see that an account was created on 8/19/20, with the email address [email protected]. Once a user registers, they receive a "Welcome to WorthPoint'' email that outlines the free trial, which is 7 lookups or 7 days, whichever comes first. Also highlighted in the email are cancellation options, subscription information, as well as our contact information. Your welcome email was sent on 8/19/20. The free trial concluded on 8/26/20, and the monthly subscriptions were initiated. They continued to bill each month until it was cancelled on 8/30/21. We assume customers would like to continue with their subscription if there is no cancellation. However we provided a one month courtesy refund via a call with our customer care team on 8/30/21. We found that there were two subscriptions created with the email addresses [email protected] and [email protected]. One account was created on 5/15/21, and the second account on 5/26/21. Both subscriptions were associated with the Value it option, which is 23.99 monthly. Once a subscription is created, an email confirming the registration is sent to the email address on file. The “Welcome to WorthPoint” email shares with the user the free trial, which is 7 lookups or 7 days, whichever is first, and the parameters of their subscription. The welcome emails were sent on 5/15/21 to the email [email protected], and on 5/26/21 to [email protected]. Subscribers can cancel at any time and there is no obligation to continue their access. Ensuring that our customers are able to reach us via email or phone is very important to us. While we are not able to find email requests from the associated addresses in your accounts, we want to be sure that there are not any issues with email transmission.
