Hello Holly, We thank you for your input and apologize that you didn’t have a better experience with us. We found that a subscription associated with the account was created on 6/4/2019. Each new subscription provides a free trial, which is 7 lookups or 7 days, whichever comes first. Each subscriber receives a “Welcome to WorthPoint” email which outlines what service is provided, and also presents information on our billing cycles, subscription details, and cancellation directions. The Welcome email for [email protected] was sent on 6/4/2019 as well. We are always happy to provide invoices at our subscriber’s request. We’re available via email at [email protected], our “Contact Us” form on the site, or by calling our team at 877-481-5750. We canceled the subscription at your email request on 2/28/22, and provided a refund. We’re always available to assist if you have any additional questions, so please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our free trial provides 7 lookups or 7 days, whichever comes first. The free trial is provided with all three of our subscriptions. Our “Value It” subscription enables users to view our Price Guide database of over 500 million listings, the “Research It” provides access to our library and extensive research, and the “All Access” subscription combines both our research and price history together. Depending on what subscription was initiated, users can sometimes subscribe to the research only subscription, rather than an option that provides access to view prices in the Price Guide.
