I ordered the desk on 8/31/23 and have yet to receive it. Lead time is 4-5 weeks. I had known that I would not have ordered from this company. I have a student who really needs this desk NOW. According the reply from the company, "These desks are made to order and have an advertised 4-5 week lead-time as stated. Currently it has just been less than 2 weeks since the order was placed so there will be a few more weeks to await. If you would like to make changes to your order or discuss finding a faster shipping desk, contact (missing email address) today. Thank you for your order!" I get that the desks are handmade, but I don't see an "advertised" wait time. It wasn't listed until I bought the product. The product details are listed verbatim below. A wait time is NOT listed. I ordered a desk from you December 2022 and was told it would take 2 - 3 weeks to receive, it took 3 months. All the while my employee was in pain from cervical surgery and awaiting this desk. It arrived in beat up packaging with many scratches, one significant on it. This you charge over $400 shipping for? I would never order anything from your company again. In fact I will be sure to inform the ergonomic specialist who recommended you.

we ordered a magnetic board on 1/24/23. When the order did arrive it was discovered that one of the boards was not magnetic. Have now been dealing with trying to get the issue resolved for almost 2 weeks, customer service seems to feel we can't tell the difference between a magnetic board and a non-magnetic board. Getting very frustrated and for sure will make sure nothing is ever purchased here again. Order #27864 if anybody cares

Updated this because I made a big mistake. My shipping cost was 28% of the cost of the furniture I purchased. For context, my furniture order was $1,264 for three pieces. The shipping charge was $356. The only reason I actually kept the order was because I have several other pieces from this same set and I could not find them anywhere else. Worthington replied and told me that this is not a profit center. I do not believe that a vendor of their size can't get items shipped for less than $120 per box. Original Review was below: Purchasing the furniture was easy. My only problem is with the shipping cost. The charge for shipping was more than 10% of the total cost. I do not mind paying shipping, but they have made this a profit center which is frustrating to say the least.

Among the 12 sets of student desks we purchased, three of the desks were damaged. We have contacted the staff many times and have not been resolved so far. So far I have not received any of your latest three desktops. Sincerely hope to get your reply and replace the damaged desktop. In fact, this really limits my desire to buy a table and chair again.

My order was a month late. I had to work hard to get it delivered when it was.
