Prompt replacement
Our ordered whiteboard was damaged in delivery, the company was quick to make restitution. We appreciate the service received and the no questions asked policy to rectify our situation. I would highly recommend Worthington Direct. Our school also appreciates that they are an approved vendor for state education funds.

Worthington Direct is my total one-stop shop for furniture. I love working with Worthington Direct; I’ve purchased 5 sets of tables to replace all tables in 5 libraries, and 7 sets of chairs to replace all seating in 7 libraries. I have always been thrilled with the quality and the prices. 4 of the chairs I have purchased in the last year had splits in the back; this is the first time I've had any issue with anything I have ordered from them. Worthington Direct has been quick to respond and replace the chairs.

Jumie and the team were absolutely amazing
Jumie and the team were absolutely fantastic. I had an issue with my order and they went above and beyond to resolve and ship a replacement, even though the original manufacturer did not honor the warranty. I highly recommend working with Worthington. It's rare you get this kind of human and personalized service online.

Conference Tabletop Replacement
