We had our original order in 2022 and needed assistance with warranty work. I reached out and provided very minimal information, but they were able to find everything I needed - even several years later! My claim was also resolved within 24 hours! Excellent communication!

I've had two back to back wonderful experiences with your team members. The first was when I submitted my original order and thankfullly had included "3rd grade" in my PO#. Your team member noticed I had ordered 18" chairs, but knew that 16" were the standard size height for 3rd graders, so she reached out to me and confirmed my chair height. She saved me, I needed the 16" not the 18"! (That was Sharon Jefferson). We then received our order and one of our desks arrived damaged. I reached back out to Sharon and she quickly put me in touch with customer service to file my claim. Jumie Olaibi quickly worked me into the claim process, got what she needed from us, and has a replacement desk on it's way. These two team members are wonderful!
