I had not tried to log on for a few years and I didn't even remember what email I was using at the time. Customer service found a solution and I was able to log on. I sought worldwide brands because I found their resources useful when I was active in the business.

After not having logged on for several years because I was no longer pursuing online business. I had forgotten what my email and password was at the time. I explained that to WBI and they search their database to locate my account. My experience with other companies under these circumstances is that they would not go to that effort. Thank you
