Should offer at least exchanges of timepiece is still in original packaging
I purchased an expensive watch and was not satisfied with it. I feel the least this company could do is offer an exchange. The background of the Rolex watch is meteorite, and I was advised by customer service to look at one in a store before ordering, yet the one I received from World's Best looked VERY different. Again, it would have been nice if they offered a return on an item that was not even removed from the packaging.

We would like to thank the customer for sharing her experience and regret that it was less than stellar. We feel there is a need to respond to this review so as to clarify what had occured. The client received a brand new watch in perfect condition as ordered. Although preowned timepieces are returnable, this was a new Special Order timepiece that was obtained specifically for the client's order and was therefore not returnable. The client was advised in advance by phone and in our written policies that Special Order timepieces are not returnable.
