I have been working with author's arsenal for the last few months. I am thrilled with the work. I’d like to especially acknowledge Alicia who has been an absolute joy to work with. This team of knowledgeable and dedicated people have helped bring my words to fruitation! Sincerely, Nan SouL-Hart

As a first-time author, they really helped me understand the process. They also helped me maintain my creative voice and control, while making the editing aspect easier. They are excellent at communication and answering any questions I had along the way. I felt they were extremely attentive and active on my behalf.

Nov 28, they sent out a mass Black Friday email to 150 other people with all of our emails visible to each other. No unsubscribe button on their emails. I've requested to be unsubscribed 4 times. Jan 26, 2026, they just sent a FIFTH email trying to convince me to publish with them. (And they never did reply to initial inquiry.) Pure never-ending spam at this point. With the utter lack of professional conduct and zero compliance with SPAM acts, I strongly urge authors to go anywhere else.

since 2023, I want a website that offers the complete eBook services bundle with a pretty budget package. Then during the black Friday sale season I saw their website which provides good discounted services. So, I thoughts let's try them. No cap it was just an amazing very budget friendly without compromising on the quality.
