Poor packaging. I bought 4 jars of honey. One jar was leaking at the top and another jar was actually cracked at the bottom.

Very sorry for your experience. Our shipments are marked "Fragile", but sometimes the Postal Service can still be rough with them. As soon as we received your information a full refund was issued for the leaking and cracked jars of honey.

I paid for express shipping which was supposed to come up to two days of after ordering and it’s been one week and we still haven’t received a package.

Hi Jessica. I'm sorry for the disappointment. Your order was placed on June 15th, however this was a Pre-Order for a Live Queen to be shipped on July 26th. Please check your order information. If you need the queen sooner we may be able to accommodate you, just please contact us by phone or email so we may resolve the issue for you. Since you are in Idaho we would still recommend Express Shipping to ensure safe delivery of your queen. With Express Shipping she should arrive two days from the scheduled shipping date, which would be July 28th.
