Ordered a 5 diamond anniversary ring under order number WJ262775A. Arrived late after promised delivery; did not come with appraisal certificate as was advertised in the listing. Stones were low quality, having differing table dimensions and cut - some were tall and skinny, others were short and fat; some were mounted skewed to left or right. All defects visible by naked eye or with a household magnifying glass. As others have stated, refund was difficult, requiring filing a dispute with credit card issuer before refund was issued weeks later. Multiple unfulfilled promises from the business owner; not an honest seller.

I placed an order on June 1. I reached out two weeks later for an update regarding my order and was advised they were making it. Didn’t hear or receive anything by July 1, which was 30 days. Called and emailed them so I could just cancel and I could never reach anyone by phone or email. On July 12 I filed a dispute through my bank. After filing the dispute they reached out to me🤔. I told them I didn’t want the ring, but they already sent it out and told me to send it back. On July 16 I sent it back through FedEx and they signed for it on July 22. On August 10 I get a notification from my bank my dispute was closed because I have the ring. Stay away from this business. Far, far, far away.

Ordered a ring for my wife. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and I even paid extra for overnight delivery. When I didn’t get it next day I called again and they said I would have it for sure the next day which was our anniversary and it would arrive before noon. Still waiting on ring and no one answers. If I don’t get a reply I will dispute the charges on my credit card.

Is it possible to give zero stars? Nothing has been delivered over eight weeks after my order. The site won’t respond to my emails. No phone number. This site is a scam.

Their rings cost 1/20 on AliExpress and they sent me a wrong number size ring.

NEVER GOT THE NECKLACES!! i send two emails they don’t even replied!! they’re just scammers!(2months)

OMG it’s been damn near a month since I’ve ordered a ring, that according to the site, that would ship in 4-6 days. It’s hard as hell to speak with someone. Every time I call customer service, I’m waiting for someone who never picks up and left to listen to elevator music. I was told last week my ring would ship the next day however today I was told it shipped Friday which was days later. Allen said he would send me an email in 30 minutes to track my order, needless to say, I never received that email. I’m beginning to think this is a fraudulent site. I will call back tomorrow morning. If I can’t reach a person or if I don’t receive tracking confirmation, I will call my card company.

I ordered a ring on Saturday June 8th, 2019 that online stated it was “In Stock” and ships in 4 to 6 business days. Having ordered on a Saturday I understood that most likely the order process would start Monday June 10th and I would have my item far before the event it was needed for. On July 3rd I sent a request for the status of my order to the email provided on my invoice. Again understanding a holiday was the next day I didn’t expect a response until Monday July 8th. When no response was received I then submitted a message through the websites online customer message center on July 9th and placed a call later in the day to the number on the website 888-967-5353. No one was available by phone which is strange as it was during normal business hours and as of today July 10th my order has not shipped and I have had zero contact from this company in regards to any communication in regards to the status of my order. I did expect delays as I was diligent and read the reviews here that reference this same scenario however if this company can’t ship “In Stock” items in 4 - 6 business days they really shouldn’t advertise it on their website. ***UPDATE 07/24/2019*** Received a call from Allen on 07/12 stating the ring would ship the following week. When I received no ring or further follow up by Friday July 19th, 2019 I filed a claim with my credit card company for a refund on Saturday July 20th, 2019. As of today I’ve had no further correspondence from this company.
