A few issues, updates below
Ordered and paid on 8/16. I was sent email saying product would ship in 2 days. On day 3, I contacted them asking about shipment. On day 4, I was told they were out of what I ordered and asked if a substitute was suitable. I responded as long as it was verifiable thru manufacturer coding i was OK. No response at this time. I will update as I get further info and if I get my order Update 8/20 10am CST I was contacted today and they stated they would ship substitute and it should be here by the 30th Update 8/22 Received shipping confirmation @ 0820 CST I will further update when order is received. Update 8/25 Received product today, a day earlier than stated. 10 Small vials and 1 bottle of Bact water. Packing is simple(like the website), not fancy like U.S. suppliers, kinda worries me but I'll give it a try. Keeping at 3 stars until I get sound results and then I will update again. Will have blood work done next week to get baseline. Probably in 3 weeks
