My experience with Workout Anytime in Englewood has been extremely disappointing, particularly when it comes to management and the way members are treated. I personally witnessed and experienced behavior from the owner that I found rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. What concerned me even more was hearing complaints from senior members about how they felt they had been treated. Several seniors expressed concerns to me about interactions with the owner and said they felt disrespected and uncomfortable. When seniors are coming to a gym to improve their health, strength, mobility, and quality of life, they should feel welcomed, respected, and safe—not intimidated or talked down to. There are good members and some good people working at the gym, and the facility itself has decent equipment. However, the attitude and treatment coming from management can have a major impact on the overall experience. I believe management should listen seriously to member concerns, particularly when multiple members are expressing similar concerns. A gym should be a place where people of all ages—especially older adults—feel respected and valued. Based on my experience and the concerns that were shared with me by members, I would encourage anyone considering joining to spend some time observing the environment and asking questions about how member complaints and concerns are handled before signing a membership agreement.

The one in Green cove springs is a ripoff , in my opinion. They keep charging my debit card for services even though my membership is free because I'm a senior citizen. Had to cancel my debit card because they want to charge me. If I cancel , they tell me it will cost me $33 . The smell of the gym makes me sick, the equipment is outdated what few they have if they aren't broken. They are abusing and stealing from seniors. I think there is a law against elder abuse that I will be investigating through my attorney.

Stay clear of Workout Anytime! Any location! I cancelled my membership on June 10, 2025, with their gym manager. I was assured my membership had been cancelled by the manager & turned my access card over to him. Jump ahead to February 2026, I get a letter saying my membership was in jeopardy of being cancelled for lack of payment. I found they continued to charge my account from my cancellation date to January 26, 2026. I only realized it then because I had changed banks. They refused to refund the $266.35 they stole from my account & had the nerve to send me to collections. Their company, and their corporate office, have refused to acknowledge their error and make things right! Do NOT trust this company with your banking information! They will continue to charge you after you cancel and then refuse to admit guilt! Worst gym I’ve ever dealt with!

Had a month to month membership for 3 months. Then cancelled. I just got a call almost two years later from a debt collector. These people at workout anytime are criminals!

I was out of town and upon return found out my gym was closing in McDonough. I was told my only option was to travel 15 min to Hudson bridge which I did not wish to do. I promptly wrote an email as instructed by their staff informing them I was canceling my membership. the 30 day period was met however they attempted taking the S25 monthly in Jan which the credit card rejected. Call after call, after call. Now they sent me to credit agency and ended up paying $116. I COULD NEVER RECOMMEND WORKOUT ANYTIME GYM TO ANYONE!

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS CRIMINAL, NEFARIOUS BUSINESS. I visited this gym ONE time on Feb 04th 2025, while visiting family in Winston-Salem. The next morning, I learned the franchise had no location in NYC -- where I live -- so I immediately cancelled my membership and requested refund of the $55.98 I had been charged for membership initiation. I have attempted to cancel my membership and be reimbursed numerous times via email, voicemail messages, and live conversation with management to no avail. I have been consistently ignored. Instead, the Gym has continued to levy charges: $34.99 on Mar 04th & 13th, and $49.99 on Mar 21st. American Express has so far credited my account on all 4 charges which total $175.95 but enough is enough. Someone at this Gym is running a fleech-swindle operation. They should be stopped, if not arrested for their unethical, mercenary practices.

THIS GYM IN PALM BAY FL HAS SOME EQUIPMENT THAT IS JUNK. IT DOESN;T WORK PROPERLY. THERE IS NO CYBEX, HAMMER STRENGTH AND THE MANAGER MGR KENNETH BLEVINS - HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ABILITY - THE OWNERS ARE ABSENTEE OWNERSHIP -AND LOOKS LIKE THEY NEVER LIFTED A WEIGHT IN THERE LIFE. THEY SENT ME A SURVEY ON WHAT I THOUGHT OF THE GYM AND WHEN I TOLD THEM THE EQUIP THEY HAD WAS A LOT OF JUNK & YOU HAVE A MANAGER THAT WHEN YOU ASKED HIM TO LOWER A FAN WOULD START AN ARGUEMENT WITH YOU - THEY DID NOT LIKE THE TRUTH --THE VP SCOTT CORLESS TERMINATED MY MEMBERSHIP AND THEN THREATENED ME IF I EVER CAME BACK HE WOULD CALL THE COPS........IF YOU WANT TO REALLY BUILD A BODY GO TO A LA FITNESS, GOLDS, POWERHOUSE BUT RUN FROM THIS PLACE..... HORRIBLE GYM
