Work It Daily is absolutely worth the Premium Membership. I had been stuck for months, applying to dozens of jobs with no success, despite thinking my resume was solid. The Job Search Sabotage Persona quiz and clear guidance helped me present my skills more effectively. Allison’s personalized video review of my resume was incredibly insightful and led to key improvements—including an optimized LinkedIn profile. The daily emails and sessions kept me motivated and engaged throughout. Just amazing support!

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to everyone at Work It Daily for the invaluable insights and guidance you provided that helped me land a new position as a Branch Manager with Tosot Comfort. After being laid off from my job of seven years, I spent eight long months searching, questioning my self-worth, and wondering whether, at my age, I could truly land another opportunity. Then one day, while doom-scrolling through social media, I came across JT. I started following her advice and eventually joined the platform. Once I discovered my UVA, things began to shift. Employers started to notice me again. I was getting interviews but kept being passed over in favor of candidates with more experience. I kept wondering: What could I do differently to stand out? Then it hit me: Just be yourself. During my last interview, I showed up as the real me: Casual, confident, and fully present. The conversation flowed naturally. Then, in a moment that was completely out of character, I did something bold: I asked for the role. I pointed to my UVA and highlighted my leadership experience. By the end of the interview, they extended me an offer complete with my negotiated salary. It was a 44% increase over my previous role. I can’t thank JT and the entire Work It Daily team enough for the tools, encouragement, and mindset shift that got me through this journey. The wait is over, my next chapter begins Monday, June 9th. With great appreciation, James Delcampo

My experience here on Work It Daily has been great so far. Been enjoying going to the Topic Tuesday Content creation classes religiously. I've been staying committed and diligent in following JT's counsel in posting content to get recruiters come knocking at my door. Hasn't happened yet but I am hopeful and know it has worked for others. So I believe it will work for me as well! The 6 courses offered for paid members are great and I know I'm going to be using them all, eventually.

Work It Daily has revolutionized the job search. In a market that’s impossible, WID helps you build a strategy that works. The free resource center is awesome. It shows that WID actually has love for the unemployed. In a world full of scams, this is the real deal. My favorite part has been the community. Jobseekers are coming together and supporting each other. These periods of unemployment are LONG, and the interview process is brutal. You need support in this journey. My friends at WID have kept me sane. The membership rates are reasonable and flexible. It’s totally worth the investment.

J.T.'s content on Tick Tock originally caught my attention. Then I signed up and benefitted tremendously from all of the on-line content, as well as the live weekly calls. The ability to call in, ask questions and have them answered immediatly by J.T. or a team memeber was a huge boost to my confidence!

This is the most practical career help platform I have come across. the free resource center is a lifesaver. I have not paid for anything yet (almost at end of free trial), but I can say with certainty that J.T and her team have given me invaluable lessons. I strongly recommend this platform as well as following J.T on social media.

What makes JT and the Work IT Daily team great is that they quickly diagnose what a person is doing wrong and provide steps and exercises they need to do to become better. In this tough job market I found JT and her team perfect is identifying my weakness and guiding me to work effectively on showing my strengths and bringing out the best version of me in the interview. I would recommend JT and her team to anyone who wants to get their next job.
