I first came to Lydia several years ago to learn how to use Monday.com for my business. At the time, I only knew the basics, and I truly appreciated how patient and knowledgeable Lydia was in teaching me the platform. A few years later, after Monday.com introduced many new features, I reached out again for additional training. This time, I worked with Max, and he was fantastic. He took the time to understand exactly what my business needed, was incredibly knowledgeable, and customized a setup that fit my workflow perfectly. I had the please of working with Max on some limited usability scenarios with some industry tools, Max was able to handle this with quick verbal exchanges, limited but also local tools to generate a solution that would effectively get us to where we needed with minimal compromise.
