We knew our monday.com implementation wasn't going to be easy. We needed to take processes, workflow, dashboards and CRM from multiple platforms and sources and merge them into a single environment. We transitioned spreadsheets, integrated Hubspot and created workflows from manual processes. Lydia patiently worked through a project that seemed to grow in size and scope as we went through (our end - we kept adding as we saw the capabilities come through). She had a clear understanding of how to use monday and guided us on how best to set it up and use it. She saved a tremendous amount of time (and money) in having to learn how to do it and build it ourselves. Highly recommend working with Lydia if you need help building and/or tweaking a monday.com environment.
