Our implementation manager, Victoria, was great to work with! Our initial goal was to set up a CRM process which was accomplished in a timely manner with the guidance of Victoria. Throughout the project, we uncovered additional features to add to our workflow. All of the enhancements were implemented based on Victoria's expertise. She was very detailed, organized, and thorough in reviewing what we needed to accomplish and provided insightful suggestions throughout the process.

Donnalyn was so informative, efficient, and patient with us as we navigated the ins and outs of Monday. There were so many features we weren't aware of that she introduced us to and helped streamline our functionality. She always had a creative solution, reflected a deep understanding of our needs and why we needed them, and made suggestions with our best interest in mind. Diego was great as well. He assisted Donnalyn on the back end and followed up on key tasks. This won't be the last time we lean on this team to improve our Monday capabilities!

Outstanding. Honestly, what we asked for really shouldn't be able to be done - we're stretching Monday to it's limits, but Workflow Magic has risen to the challenge. They are creative (I haven't heard them once say something can't be done - instead, they just figure out a way to do it), they are responsive (I don't think I've ever waited longer than an hour for a reply back to an email), and they are beyond talented. I've already told them to keep us on their calendar - once this current project is done, I plan to continue using them to further things out for our business, and at this point, I don't even think of them as a vendor - they're just part of our team.
