We recently worked with Workflow Magic to build a custom Monday.com workspace for our construction business, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. I initially met with Lydia, who listened carefully and understood right away what I was looking to achieve. She asked all the right questions and helped shape the vision for what we needed, which set the tone for a smooth and productive process. A special thank you to Victoria, who is truly an authority when it comes to Monday.com. My project was a pretty complex request, an end-to-end workspace that would capture everything from initial lead inquiries, through design and architecture, all the way to construction and reporting. What Workflow Magic delivered was nothing short of powerful, yet incredibly intuitive and easy to use. None of the Monday templates came close to what she developed. Victoria was efficient, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process. No detail was overlooked, and every feature was built with our needs in mind. Victoria consistently exceeded my expectations in implementing workflow automation. The other day, I had a challenging request, and I simply stated, “Victoria at Workflow Magic will figure this out. I don’t have to worry about it.” I asked her again to explain what I wanted, just to ensure we were on the same page, and I told her to get started. I don’t even think about it anymore; I know she will find a solution. I've often wondered if a program like this even existed or if we would have to create one from scratch. Fortunately, Workflow Magic has it all figured out. Victoria is always there for our company when we need her. We got into our office and noticed our Monday.com account looked different than the day before. We reached out to Victoria expecting her to get back to us within a couple of days but within minutes she set up a meeting for us and we fixed the issue within an hour. Excellent service!!

I recently worked with Workflow Magic on a Monday.com project, and the experience was great. Diego, our CSM, was fantastic—super responsive, energetic, and really understood what we were trying to accomplish. They helped us get everything running smoothly by fixing some system issues, building out dashboards, and training our CRM admin. The whole thing took about three months (roughly 20 hours of work), and they made the process feel easy and efficient.
