Every time I go to play the game an ad comes up royal and can’t get it off unless I delete the game only to have it come up the next time I open. This is really getting ridiculous. Way to many ads. Please fix this.

Why fires the adds at top of game cover up 3/4 of score now. Frustrating trying to see how you are doing.

The game essentially is fun. I don't mind the word search cheats, since strategy is most important. But since they allowed cash purchase advantages, you never know if you are playing against a person or a wallet. Very frustrating.

Have been enjoying this game for many years. New policy of the game has made me reconsider continuing to play. There is a limit of 1500 coins you can accumulate. You have to keep the total less than that in order to keep accumulating more coins. To do that, I purchase power ups. The newest rule is that I can only make a purchase if I'm out of the power up. They did not remove the cap on the coin total. I have 100+ in all the varieties power ups. My coins are at the max 1500. All the points I have earned today are lost! I'm essentially playing for free. I'm not happy! Return to the old policy or remove the coin total cap!

This game allow way too many bogus bs words. The bot opened up with the word unai. In some places that’s a pronoun. Merriam webster doesn’t even have a definition for it unless i erred searching. I have come across abbreviations as well. You all need to get this game right.

Disappointing. The videos are an annoying but understandable way to make money and I had been thinking about paying for the premier version. Today the video was advertising a dating agency and the pictures portrayed women as sexual objects. I now can’t play this game with my grandson nor will I watch any more videos. I will also look for an alternative amusement. UPDATE: they contacted me to say how to contact them with details of time, place, etc of the advert. A positive response, but I didn’t take notes at the time.

The game is a ripoff. It's very easy to accidentally hit the button to play a solo wordmaster, for 25 coins (which cost real money). There is no confirmation dialog. I know - I've done it 3 times today. And of course, then you have to play that game (whether you wanted it or not) in order to get to the next free play with a solo wordmaster. It's software design 101 to always confirm spending - this design wouldn't pass an entry level QA engineer or developer fresh out of college. I've been playing since 2012, and been seeing more and more glitches affecting coins that the user has already paid for. These should be safeguarded, just like cash. It's an unethical practice (I'd call it a bug, but the issue has persisted too long for me to feel that optimistic). It's a shame, I usually love this game, but now I feel taken advantage of.

This used to be a fab game. Love the idea of playing scrabble with people from all over the world. Lately the game keeps glitching and kicking you out in the middle of a game. Especially when you're playing the lightning round or against the bot. The ads seem like they are getting more constant, on almost every move now. Very disappointing!!
