My complaint is about a company that advertised with you. Vey Raille or Raille Vey I purchased about $100 worth of goods from this company in July, (advert came up on Words with Friends) They acknowledged the order and gave me a tracking number. I followed the tracking until about 1 month later it said “delivered” I was home at that time and the security cameras prove it was not delivered. I emailed the company to let them know and simply asked who the courier was so I could find out what happened. They did not tell me, but they said would send the order again. I followed the tracking, twice per day. Last week it stated “delivered” It was not! I contacted the company again and asked for the courier’s name. They said this order has cost them too much already and offered me a $10 refund. This is disgusting behaviour from this company. I would suggest that anyone reading this should not deal with them!

Been playing since 2011, now the blokes think it is a dating site and a lot of scammers and bogus people. It was a good game but not any more.

I was shocked to see an advert from a cigarette seller on this game. Surely this is a contravention of law? Children use this game and should not be exposed to such ads.

They are charging me tax claiming I live in Washington; I'm in Oregon where there is no tax. Whenever I need to purchase coins, I am forced to pay sales tax even though I put my Oregon zip code in at the time of purchase. I've contacted them twice about this fraud and refunds, but they refuse to respond. Also, last night was playing when abruptly goals and rewards built up, so I went to retrieve them, but the rewards icon just kept bouncing with no way to normally retrieve them! I contacted them about this also, but no response. I have so many goals/rewards built up but no way to retrieve them. This just started happening last night. When I play the game, suddenly I am hacked and my game display suddenly swoops across my screen and bumps me out of the game? I wrote to them about a few months ago, but alas, no response either! WWF2 needs to get rid of the riff raff employees turning the game into a craphole, and fix the gaffes returning the game back where it was before all the garbage done to it! Fix the glitches, refund the illegal tax charged to Oregon residents and make the goals/rewards available again like normal! TY! 😬🥴👹

Playing for several years and now deleted due to Ads being difficult to close and somehow Magnifier App installed without my knowledge, then my Android phone giving bogus warnings about viruses and security alerts, even when Words closed down. Unistalled both Words and Magnifier and phone now ok. Shame on you Zynga for allowing dodgy advertisers.

They’ve ruined a great game. Nothing but ads that sometimes require a reboot to get rid of. Periodically a box will appear requiring a sign in. Usually three options or, play as a guest. None of them work, again reboot to get back in the game. Congrats on mindlessly running a site!

Been playing for several years so I’ve seen it when it was an innocent, fun word game. But it probably was not very profitable- and / or some big group bought them. Suddenly there are sorts of slick ads and gimmicks to buy into. No it’s not even fun anymore. Between the many ads to wade through while you’re playing and the sheer predatory nature of how they force you into purchasing stuff just to keep playing !! It’s an annoying waste of $$

I understand why the free version comes with ads (even though most people don't respond to this sort of advertising). Worst yet, the ads are not for reputable businesses. Chinese scam companies, fake weight loss solutions, gambling websites etc...
