WordKeeperReviews of wordkeeper.com

I've been working with WordKeeper for years, on a variety of websites, with a variety of clients. At first I was concerned that they weren't "one of the big guys." But I've come to see this as a plus: We receive personal, thoughtful, top quality service, above and beyond what I've experienced with any other hosting service. I recommend WordKeeper without reservation.

Loved that you did due diligence in checking before adding additional user credentials

Wordkeeper, and Brad at Wordkeeper, are great to work with. They have provided me with a phenomenal user experience. They are highly collaborative and work with me at a level I am able to understand, not being a highly knowledgeable website developer/maintainer.

These are the best people ever. They help me every time I ask.

Great comms and really clear, jargon-free information and explanations

Simply Amazing! Everything is amazing. Thats the review.

In the last 15 years and through several (big-name) companies, WordKeeper is the only web host that I trust fully. They're extremely knowledgeable and answer questions in full detail. I'd recommend their service to small or large business and everything in between. They know their stuff. At the time of writing, the one downside is that there is little control you directly have over the host. However, the WordKeeper staff are able to take care of your needs and in a timely manner.

Since moving my hosting to Wordkeeper at the suggestion of someone I trust, I've consistently been blown away by their service. From helping with staging sites during updates to helping with locating ghost files in my directory, the Wordkeeper team is responsive and kind in their support. Highly recommend working with this team!
