The slippers are okay, they are comfortable although they are a little hard to 'slip on' (They are called 'slip ons'. The cons: The website was not clear what currency the price was in so I ended up paying more than I thought. Then there was an additional charge for duties and import tax. Product ended up costing almost double what I had anticipated based on the website and although the product is okay it is not as good as a similar priced product from Canada.

The product is first rate, comfortable and warm. The communication throughout the ordering process needs to be improved. I requested an update and never received a reply. I never received an email telling me my slippers were shipped and no information on how to track my order.
