Ordered 4 wooliee cosy oversized hoodies and 2 arrived on time and 2 got lost in the post. Wooliees were so efficient, and did everything they could to assist me with locating the lost parcel. The hoodies are amazing quality, so comfortable and warm and the customer service was second to none. Highly recommend this company and their product.

Great company to deal with, communication was fantastic and fast, when I placed my order I realised I wanted to add another item and once I emailed to speak to the agent it was no problem to add in second item. Very fast delivery and I got regular updates including tracking number. Overall I would highly recommend and I will be ordering again soon

This is an amazing product. I've received it from my mother on birthday present. Believe me, you need nothing more than woolie + cup of tea + great book!

I've bought one for my girlfriend and she loves it! Perfect communication between me and wooliee.com. The most important advantage is that I've received my package in less than 48hours. It is really great proposition for Christmas present!
