Recieved one as a Christmas gift, it is sooo comfortable and warm, love it. Had a little issue with a snag and they sent me a replacement ASAP, once I sent pictures and the order number. The customer service was second to none. So fast, effective, efficient and so friendly. Definitely will be ordering from here as gifts in the future.

Our wooliee arrived before Christmas and wow we love them . I ordered for my mother in law and she rang me to say she loves it  . The red colour is rich and we got one for my daughter and wow she loves it too, so cosy.
