For what you pay its $hit. The quality isnt great compared to the market. I paid less for more, and bought my girlfriend one for Xmas. It looks like it was left in a blender for 2 weeks.

Bought as I thought I was buying from an Irish company only to have my order shipped from China and take 4 weeks to deliver. Way to expensive for the quality of the garment. I will not be recommending it.

Hi BB, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. As per our disclaimer note on our website back in December 2020 our shipping times were explained that it can take up to 30 days to be delivered for each client before they proceed with their purchase because of the shortage in our warehouse in Ireland. This company is not Irish, they order the product from China. Expect weeks for delivery. Really disappointed I thought I was supporting an Irish company. You might aswell just buy a cheaper version from amazon

Hi Kady, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are an Irish brand (VAT: IE3722061CH) with main warehouse based in Dublin. Once our warehouse was out of stock, we informed all our clients and left disclaimer notes to make all clients aware that orders placed from the specific date will be shipped from our next warehouse based in China and explained the delivery times. Ordered 4 for Christmas present and 2 of them had holes in them and are coming apart at the pockets. Won't replace as I got them the end of October even though when they were opened at Christmas they were damaged! Also sent me the wrong colours which wasn't a big deal but because the colour of the wooliee doesn't match my order they're also disputing that! Dreadful customer service and really not good quality for the price you pay!

All orders have up to 30-days after the delivery date to inform us about any issues/defects - if this time frame is expired, unfortunately we cannot replace/refund your order. If the Wooliee is bought as a gift - its the best to inspect it once it arrives to report any issues. In our opinion this is enough time for our customers to spot any defects upon opening the parcel.
