'Justin' to the Rescue
According to Justin, from tech support, PayPal has 'configurations' that were preventing my processing two recent orders from "pending" to "processing" whereby I could actually ship product. He explained how I may manually change the status and get the two sales. Kudos to Justin: Hero of the Hour.
