your lessons are explained simply and are easy to follow. I can do the training anytime that is convenient for me. I have done other dog training courses, The kind you do once a week with a lot of other dogs. Your program is exactly what I was looking for. I especially like the behavior training. My dog has a problem with barking and chewing things she shouldn't. I have tried so many things to stop this behavior (electronic devices and scented deterrence) but nothing have worked long term. I have high hope this program will be different

The course has been very helpful. Granted some things haven’t worked for my puppy. But I do believe it’s only because she is so young. Her mother stopped feeding them about 4 weeks to early. She’s the runt of 7. Very rambunctious but she’s mellowing. The app is very informative though. Covers about everything. Easy to follow.

It was fine, but I thought I only paid a one time fee to use it. I got charged $100 for a subscription renewal without ever getting a notification to be able to cancel. The great thing is—their customer service was fast, friendly, and helped me cancel my subscription immediately. The content was good, but there were times I wanted to train our puppy on something and it was locked until I worked through other training first. I didn’t enjoy it enough to continue to subscribe. There are tons of free videos on YouTube to train your dog.

Hello Julie, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’re happy that the subscription was resolved quickly. Our training content is designed to guide dogs step by step, which helps ensure consistent results, though we understand this approach might feel restrictive at times. We appreciate your feedback, and it will help us refine the structure and accessibility of the programs for future users.
