I'm not sure I've completed the right choice for the origin of my dog! The display on screen is not very good! We bought our dog, we did not adopted from a refuge. The voice of the trainer sounds enthusiastic, but I somehow feel I'm underestimated. Probably it's my personal view! Instructions are not yet clear.

Hi Samiah, thanks for the insights! We truly want Woofz to be the best tool for you and your dog, so your feedback helps a lot. We’ll keep this in mind for our upcoming updates.💛

I’m the sucker. I believed the nice reels and enrolled for the 4 week plan at half off. $15 for four weeks seemed good to try it. But there’s no substance to this training. The reels talk about getting to follow commands without treats. And yet the first thing we learn is YES with a treat. My problem is weaning my dog off treats. Stopping the treats - even gradually - is going to be the exact same problem. The lessons are weak, the guidance is pathetic and I can only say I’m grateful I figured out that the 4 weeks was going to auto renew for double that before Ingot charged. I’ll come back and update if they don’t honor that cancellation like others have reported. Bottom line? Do not waste your time.

Hello Karen, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that the program hasn’t met your expectations. We understand your concern about weaning your dog off treats -while our program starts with treats to establish positive reinforcement, there are other ways to keep your dog motivated. You can gradually replace treats with: •Toys or playtime as rewards •Verbal praise and petting •Short, fun games your dog enjoys We know transitions like this take time and patience, and we’re here to support you along the way. Thank you for giving us the chance to clarify - we hope this helps improve your training experience.

Woofz reminder alerts help me stay on track with Charlie’s training plan and the quick and easy sessions engage other parts of Charlie’s little doggy brain in ways that just playing fetch could not. I love knowing that her brain is being exercised in more ways with the Woofz app!
Response from WoofzJun 24, 2026
Hello Dessa! That’s wonderful to hear! 🐾 It sounds like Charlie is really benefiting from the mental stimulation and structured training. We’re so glad the reminders and engaging sessions are helping both of you make the most out of the app while keeping training fun and effective!

I love the step by step training. I just wish I could pay one time instead of a membership.

Hello Stephanie, Thank you so much! We’re thrilled to hear you’re enjoying the step-by-step training. 🌟 If you’d prefer a one-time payment instead of a membership, you might want to check our options on the App Store or Google Play — some longer-term plans are available there that could fit your needs better 🙂

It’s very easy to train my puppy
Response from WoofzJun 24, 2026
Hi, thank you for the good rating! We hope you’re having as much fun with the lessons as your pup is. And we're always here if you need a tip or two.

Course seems easy and clear to navigate. My dog is responding quickly to training videos and reinforcing commands she already knows.
Response from WoofzJun 24, 2026
Hi Maggie, we love seeing pup parents who are so dedicated to understanding their pets better. 🐶💛 If there’s anything we can do to make your sessions even better, just let us know at [email protected].

They have made it impossible to cancel the subscription. The subscription doesn't appear under your apple ID even though that may be how you entered the trial period.
Response from WoofzJun 23, 2026
Hey Jim, We’re very sorry for the confusion. Your subscription is probably a web-based, not linked to your Apple ID, which is why it doesn’t appear there. You can follow the step-by-step instructions in our support article to cancel it: How to cancel my Woofz subscription (https://support.woofz.com/hc/en-us/articles/16015776391964-How-to-cancel-my-Woofz-subscription-unsubscribe) If you have any trouble, our support team is available 24/7 and happy to guide you through the process at [email protected].
