This is a scam. Beware! They will add on all kinds of charges.
Response from WoofzOct 16, 2026
Cindy, sorry about the auto-renewal charges. No one likes seeing that on their statement. Let’s figure it out together: email [email protected] with your sign-up address, and we’ll check what happened.

I could train on my own
Response from WoofzOct 16, 2026
Hi John, thanks for giving Woofz a go and for being honest with us. Plenty of owners train on their own, and we’d love to make it clearer and easier for you and your pup. If something didn’t click, tell us what you were hoping for, and we’ll pass it straight to the team 🐶

They steal your money from your credit card. I paid for the introductory period and canceled the subscription days later. A month later, they charged my account for $38.95, then, on the same day, they charged me $39.95. They give all sorts of excuses why they can't give you your money back and refuse. WARNING! -- UPDATE: All their communications are AI. I answered their reply as they requested below and got another AI message that continued to make excuses as to why they wouldn't return my money. Ive dealt with it through my credit card.

Hi there, sorry about this. Two charges you didn’t expect, especially after cancelling, is never fun, and we’d like to look into it properly. Please send us the email you signed up with at [email protected], and we’ll check your account and sort it out with you 💛

Surprise charges and unhelpful customer service responses. I was billed twice for the same service because I didn’t realize I had two subscriptions-one online and one through the App Store. I alerted them to this and they refused to refund one of the subscriptions

Hey there, that surprise charge sounds frustrating, and we’d feel the same. Your plan renews automatically after the trial, which may be what happened here. Email us at [email protected] and we’ll look at it together today.

My sweetie has thought my commands are merely suggestions and are optional. Woofz is helping to turn that into "Yes, ma'am"!
Response from WoofzOct 15, 2026
Thanks Amy, we're so glad Woofz is helping your sweetie turn those "suggestions" into a "Yes, ma'am" 💛 That's exactly what we hoped people would enjoy. Give your pup a scratch from us 🐶

Mi perra Queen está comenzando a obedecer las órdenes que le voy enseñando aunque nos está costando un poco pero voy siguiendo las instrucciones muy bien son claras y están bien explicadas
Response from WoofzOct 15, 2026
¡Feliz adiestramiento!

Woofz puts the knowledge of many professional dog trainers into a single app, and the interface is a joy to use. It is so well designed that I often find myself spending minutes and minutes learning more without even noticing the time. The lessons are entertaining and keep your attention, and the quizzes help you actually retain what you learn instead of forgetting it the next day. Super useful for any dog owner. Highly recommended.

Hey Iñaki, this is lovely to read, especially that you lose track of time while learning and that the quizzes help it stick 🐶 Thanks so much for the recommendation, and happy training to you and your pup!
