This program is extremely user friendly. I love that you need to master one skill before moving onto the next. I look forward to continuing with some of the more advanced skills. Wilson has been very receptive and eager to please with the skills we have learned so far.

With a new puppy, it helps in teaching the basics in a timely manner. Plus learning how to help with problems like bitting.

Consumer
Very frustrating. Firstly they took my payment and was never able to log on to app. Then they took an extra payment for something I didn’t want. A complaint asking for refund of all monies and subscription cancellation resulted in….a refund for additional item an extension to the initial month ( I still couldn’t log in) and CONFIRMATION of subscription cancellation. 1 month later they have taken another £50 out of my account without permission for the subscription and the add on item - which I never wanted. Another email sent asking for my money back. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Hello! We're sorry to hear about this experience, and we understand the frustration, especially after being told the subscription was cancelled. We want to be clear: we don't charge accounts after a cancellation has been confirmed. Please reach out to our support team directly at [email protected] one more time, so we can look into this specific charge and your account in detail, we're committed to getting this resolved for you.
