This is a scam. Paid for premium training session and received nothing. Customer service is non existent. I had to challenge the charge thru my CC to stop the subscription charges. Don't trust this co.

Woof is the only training course that has helped my Cavapoo, the short videos show how to do the training and easy to follow instructions.

I am very disappointed wth this program. It is very simplistic and doesn't provide enough real person training videos. I am not interested in watching mini cartoon tips and hints. The training tips may prove beneficial, but the I went through many steps completely known to me to finally receive the first lesson. What a waste of money and time! This programs advertisement do not match up to product training. Children's cartoons provide more information than I was able to derived from the training steps provided. I would also like to say that the way you originally sign up for the program is crooked. Just by pushing the Continue button, you have signed yourself up for additional costly training program materials you did not order, want or are able to cancel. I will be reporting this company for JUNK FEES and DARK MATTER tactics.

For over a week I have gone in circles trying to access the training course I paid for. Once logged in I was referred to a mandatory first training step requiring another payment before even accessing any training.

I ordered this training program to work with my adult rescue GSD that came with a few behavioural issues, I have only just begun the program but I think it’s very useful and I’m excited to continue to work with my dog to help him accumulate better . I would recommend this tool for anyone who needs help and tips.

Complete scam of a company - I paid for a tutorial from woofz.com not being aware that the “academy” is going to charge every month a substantial fee. When realising that it is a complete scam, I contacted support and requested a cancellation, which they confirmed by email. I recently reviewed my account and found they charged the next two months a considerable amount.the instructions through Google how to cancel are wrong as they have no option for cancelling the subscription online. Keep away from these scammers. I will do everything possible now to raise awareness of these scammers through social media platforms.
