Which I’d of came here first before signing up! SCAM SCAM SCAM! Signed up for the weeks trail and they’ve just taken £39.99 out my account. No where in their T&C’s does it say it’s a rolling subscription. You are led to believe you are just paying for the week trail before they strike with a £39.99 charge out of the blew. I’ve studied their T&C’s and it states NOTHING about this! Stay away or contact banks if they already have your card details!

I found this app cumbersome and did not enjoy using it. I thought I was trying for a week only but got charged for a months subscription that I did not want or afford. Customer service refused to refund me. It was not clear to me that I was signing up for a subscription instead of paying for one week only. There was no email confirmation or warning that I was going to be charged. I strongly do not recommend this app. Buyer beware!

So clearly the way this company makes their money is that they have no intention of letting you cancel your membership on your own. They want you to cancel thru an email opposed to you clicking a button on their app to cancel- sounds intentional to me. Then when you finally figure out that you can't cancel on the app after searching high and low and they have taken your money, they refuse to refund you. They want to agree to give you 30% then 40% of your $39.99. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!. My prediction is that this company won't even last a full year with the shenanigans they are pulling. I hope the money you are stealing from people pays for the deceiving app you bought to steal people's money. I told you I would post a bad review to warn others about your trickery every place your business is for posting reviews and I will. Thieves!!!!! On to the next website to warn hardworking people to safeguard their money from you. SN it may be a good app for people that can use it, but if someone tells you it doesn't work for them, just refund their money and stop tricking people out of their money. Ur business will not be active as long as it could be if you were an honest company- PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVING PEOPLE THAT ARE HARD UP FOR A DOLLAR!!!!

You sign up to the trial and then cannot cancel! They will keep charging your card despite contacting them several times to cancel they will ignore you. There is no way to cancel the trial. SCAM ALERT!!! BEWARE!!!

I paid for the trial. I emailed and asked for a cancellation. I was charged 39.99. I emailed w no reply. No one has helped me. This site is a scam. I just wanted help training my dog.

Love the design! Love the bite size content and helpful tips.

Woofz is the best app for dogs!

I’ve never thought that dog training could be so easy and fun! Love the app.
