Edit2: Now they are lying about contacting me. I checked all my inbox and spam and nothing. Sounds like a case of trying to make the customer seem incompetent to cover their lack of response. Edit: After they asked me for some more specific information, I provided that information the same day. Two weeks later I have yet to hear anything from anyone. Avoid this app at all costs. Customer service is awful. They promise to respond to any problem within 24 hours but what they mean is they will send an automated message that doesn’t actually answer your question then not respond ever. The lessons are locked in a specific order not allowing you to get the help you need when you need it. Even when you get to the lesson you need it isn’t helpful and the videos are very short and not very informative. Avoid this product at all costs.

Simple to use application which holds all of the information you could require when training a dog. I have been using it for my Golden Retriever puppy and the step by step process ensures a consistent approach to training. So far so good and we cannot wait to keep going in the coming weeks.

If you haven’t tried the WOOFZ app yet, I highly recommend it. I have a Cavapoo who struggles with severe anxiety and reactive barking, and this app has been a game changer. The training methods are simple, effective, and easy to follow—and best of all, my dog loves them! I especially appreciate the video tutorials featuring qualified trainers who clearly demonstrate how to apply each technique. This app has truly helped both me and my pup feel more confident and connected.
