I’ve only signed up for the three days free trial but I’ve got high expectations

I have had no confirmation of this so I am taking what you’ve said as confirmation and taking a screenshot. I will be checking my bank account. Thank you for taking the time to update me I have now contact them another half a dozen times. I’ve even found an email address to cancel subscription which I have done but I’ve had no response from them I also had a response that told me that I could pay half of the £30 which is disgusting when I didn’t want it in the first place. This is definitely a big con. All they keep referring to is read small print what a load of Tosh. Update they have now contacted me directly via email trying to insinuate that I signed up when I didn’t and they were willing to give me half of a refund. This is fraud and needs to be treated as such. I will be reporting it with my bank if any payment is taken. I agreed to a trial only and nothing more! I have already contacted your customer service. I have already sent you a message on Facebook and everywhere else three or four times and nobody is answering. I honestly believe that this company is a scam. They have tried to take £30.77 from my account with without my permission or knowledge. Their app has no decent way of contacting customer service and there is no way of speaking to someone I would appreciate it if someone from this company would contact me regarding closing off my account and getting my money back

Woofs is excellent especially for us beginners. I never thought of using a “marker” word to reward my pup. The videos before each lesson demonstrating the proper technique are invaluable. I highly recommend this training course!

Hello Ross! So glad to hear you're enjoying Woofz and finding the lessons helpful! Using a marker word is a game-changer for communication and timing — and it’s great that the demo videos are making things even clearer for you. Thanks so much for the recommendation! 🐶

Tried to cancel this app, 9 emails constantly being denied access to my account wanting my.banking details, then charging me 2 times for a service I have never used, making it constantly difficult to cancel and even when my bank blacked them they still managed to take further payments, horrific useless customers service and total scam

Hello Linda! According to your request, it might be that you've purchased through AppStore and all the details regarding cancelling and refunding were sent. But we also need to check for another subscription that might be purchased from your card with another email ot typo, that's why we asked for some additional info to be able to identify your payment and account. We can see that there were no answer to our last reply and we've just re-sent it.

I was charged 30 for the first month then 142 for the 2nd month subscription. I have written numerous emails asking for a refund of the money and have not heard anything back from them. Happy to take your money without permission yet will not respond to your messages asking for a refund. RIP OFF do not use this app.

Hey Emily, We've already replied to your request regarding subscription details and auto-renewal condition which you agreed, and also initiated a full refund. Please check your inbox!
