Hello Jinah, Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We're happy to hear the videos are helping you understand the exercises, that's exactly what we aim for.  Your suggestion about showing the purpose and benefits of each exercise up front is a great one. Knowing the “why” can really motivate and guide the training process. We'll definitely pass this along to the team as we continue to improve the app. And noted on the comic style, not everyone's cup of tea, and we appreciate your honesty! 🐾

Hello Jan!  Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the negative experience you've had. At Woofz, we pride ourselves on being transparent, and we want to assure you that we never charge users without their consent. When signing up for a subscription, the renewal price is clearly shown on the screen, and users are always given the option to review these details before confirming the transaction. We understand how unexpected charges can be distressing, and we deeply regret that this has caused you concern. We also want to clarify that subscriptions can always be canceled directly within the app at any time. If you’re still facing any issues or need help with anything related to your account or charges, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Woofz.Review", and we’ll do everything we can to resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
