** UPDATED I payed £12 for the special offer of a months worth of training tips on this app. After checking why my bank account was getting low, I noticed £30.77 going out of my bank account. I had to research who was taking it as I thought it was a scam....well it was! Woofz had somehow signed me up to a subscription! By the time I had noticed, they had taken out £123.08! I requested a refund as I was not aware of the apparent subscription. Very very misleading. They agreed to one month refund only. There are many angry customers leaving the same reviews. **This reply is NOT TRUE! It is NOT clear that you are signing up to a subscription.

Hi Michelle! We’re truly sorry to hear that the subscription terms were unclear, and we sincerely apologize for the experience you've had. This is not the kind of experience we aimed to provide. Our support team has initiated a full refund for you, and a confirmation email has been sent. Please check your inbox, and if you don't find it there, kindly check your spam folder. Thank you for your patience, and we hope everything gets resolved promptly.

I would like to know why I have been charged the initial 19.99 USD for the first month then 2 payments 99.99 USD a month for the next two months!!!!!!! I cannot find anywhere to say that this app is 99.99USD a month. I have managed to cancel the subscription ( eventually). I am fuming that I was stupid enough to fall for this subscription scam and am about £150 down. I look forward to a reply and refund.
Response from WoofzJul 23, 2025
Hello Deborah! We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must be. When a subscription is started, it automatically renews until it is canceled, as stated during the purchase process. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the app's profile settings at any time. As far as I can see, you've previously contacted our support team and the reply with payment clarification was sent. Please, check your inbox (and Spam folder).

I paid an initial fee of $0.60. After one month, an amount of $38.95 got deducted from my card (without notification), while a month later the same amount of $38.95 got deducted again..... without any communication from Woofz.academy whatsoever. I tried to contact them but my email bounced. Hence, a very low score....

Hello there! Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the negative experience you've had. At Woofz, we pride ourselves on being transparent, and we want to assure you that we never charge users without their consent. When signing up for a subscription, the renewal price is clearly shown on the screen, and users are always given the option to review these details before confirming the transaction. We understand how unexpected charges can be distressing, and we deeply regret that this has caused you concern. We also want to clarify that subscriptions can always be canceled directly within the app at any time. If you’re still facing any issues or need help with anything related to your account or charges, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Woofz.Review", and we’ll do everything we can to resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
