I signed up and paid for for a week's trial. It didn't suit me so I deleted the app. A week later a monthly subscription fee was deducted from my bank account without warning. There must be an automatic sign up somewhere in the week's trial that I didn't see. Very sneaky.

I haven’t been using this for too long at all, but everything is so simple, it’s easy for us to understand and easy for our babies to understand us too. My Golden Retriever listened and learnt just from a few lessons

This company are scammers! Don’t believe on here when they say they’ll initiate a refund. Refusing a refund to me of £153.66 said I’ve only paid £99. Bank statement sent, said no refunds are issued. Who pays that for an app, wasn’t clear it was a subscription just a free trial. You can get a one on one with a dog trainers in the UK for much less. The replies on here from support are untrue that they initiate the refund process. My bank in the Uk are now launching an investigation of fraud against this company. I HAVE REACHED OUT AND YOU DON’T REPLY!

The course is easy to follow and gives very good directions. My little dog is doing very well with her training. I was having trouble getting her to do anything, now she is listening to me and behaving.
