I have gone through classroom dog training. This virtual program is very similar and easy to follow with both video and written instruction.

I signed up for a discounted trial at about £12 for the access to the app. The app itself was very helpful, however I then cancelled the subscription but the following month almost £39 was debited from my account. I contacted customer support and was told there are ‘two different subscriptions; cancelling one doesn't automatically cancel the other.’ Woofz should make it very clear what people are signing up for. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing as it’s clear this happens a lot. I am so disappointed that they claim to be helping dogs but don’t consider the impact they have on humans!

Hello Angela, Thank you for sharing your experience and we’re truly sorry for the confusion this has caused. To clarify, subscriptions purchased on different platforms (for example, via our website versus Apple/Google) are managed separately, which is why canceling one doesn’t automatically stop the other. We completely understand how frustrating this feels, and your feedback shows us we need to make this much clearer upfront. We value your input and will use it to improve transparency for all our users.

Very sneaky. I signed up for a one time deal and unknowingly ended up with a non refundable subscription that cost me almost $100 by the time I figured it out. Customer service has refused to give me a refund. Update: they’ve agreed to refund half my money.
Response from WoofzAug 29, 2025
Hello Robert, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to feel caught off guard by the subscription. All pricing and renewal terms are shown during sign-up, but we’ll keep working to make this clearer. We’re glad a partial refund was arranged, and we truly appreciate your feedback, it helps us improve both our communication and support.
