Got a new puppy and had read lots and looked at apps. Saw Woofz advert and had a look and it made sense and everything was very clear. It feels like a proper helping hand. I had forgotten what puppies are really like, like childbirth you forget!! It all felt a bit overwhelming to get to where our beloved Standard Poodle was before he died. We have another standard poodle who, cried, barked, bit, went crazy and had the most over active bladder and bowel I had ever witnessed. The task to train seemed like a mountain!!! However the app in the manageable training notes in a pathway seemed manageable and doable. More importantly as we worked our way through the techniques worked. Way to go but I have unpacked my suitcase!!!

Hello Ann, Thank you for sharing your story so openly. Bringing a new puppy home can certainly feel overwhelming, especially when memories of a well-trained companion are still fresh. We’re so glad Woofz has helped make the training journey feel more manageable and encouraging, and it’s wonderful to hear the techniques are already working for your lively new poodle. Step by step, you’re building strong habits and a loving bond — keep going, you’re doing amazing! 🐾

Signed up for the basic plan and was charged $10.66AUD which I agreed to. However a further $59.10AUD was charged only 7 days later without me even using the app or progressing with any training. Buyer beware - the state the subscription fee is displayed on the purchase screen, but obviously not clearly. Also why would I want to spend a further $60 when I’ve not even progressed with any of the features my initial payment covered. Would not recommend.

Hello Natalie, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry for the confusion around the charges. The $10.66 AUD was for the initial trial, and the $59.10 AUD was the subscription renewal that followed. While these details are shown during sign-up and in our Terms of Use, we understand it may not have felt clear enough. To make things right, we’ve already processed a refund for the renewal. Please check your inbox for confirmation, and thank you for giving us the chance to resolve this.

The app is easy to use. Training plans are easy to follow with added information as to why the exercise is done along with how to guide your dog through the training successfully.

Easy to access on my phone, clear layout and I like going back to the other skills to practice once you’ve completed them.
