Regarding the language: we do offer Spanish within the app, so you shouldn't need to translate anything. For your 4-week plan, you should have full access to the core training content — the additional prompts you're seeing are likely optional add-ons rather than required to continue. Try closing that paywall/offer screen and proceeding directly to log in to your account, which should give you access to your full plan content.
