I forgot to cancel my subscription and was surprised to see the charge on my credit card. I contacted the company and informed them I had not meant to renew the subscription. I was cancelling the subscription because I didn't have the time to use it. After a few polite and responsive emails my subscription was cancelled, and the payment was credited back to my credit card. Very pleased with the process and outcome.

I didn't know how to start with my puppy. It has been a while since the last time I had a dog and I was very confused. I love the way Woofz takes you step by step in your dog training. It doesn't only teaches your dog, it also teaches you as a dog dad.

I signed up for a paid 7 day trial thinking it wasn’t much money to risk if I didn’t like the app. I had specific issues which wouldn’t have been immediately addressed so I stopped using it. The next thing, I had a month long subscription taken from my bank account. No idea this would happen and no warning. I immediately cancelled my plan but they have refused a refund.This seems to be a fairly common outcome from the reviews I have read.
